A donation is made to Operation Smile with each textbook that you rent. Operation Smile is an international charity dedicated in providing surgeries for children with cleft lip and cleft palate. They have provided over 200,000 free surgeries for children and young adults born with facial deformities! That's amazing.

CampusBookRentals also runs a great program called RentBack. It allows students to rent the textbooks they own to other students. This is an easy way to make 2-4x more money as opposed to buyback options.
