Who says educational toys have to be dull? The Learning Journey International is well-known for their award-winning learning toys - the selection is endless! Just browse their online shop and you'll see what I mean.
Z will be 3 soon and we're getting in the habit of having him spell out simple words by pointing out each letter. He really loves his letters and was excited when I showed him the Magnetic Spell and Learn Board.

The board is pretty much an all-in-one toy that is easy to take anywhere. The pieces are stored in the compartment attached to the board. The storage helps kids learn to clean up after they are done. One downside is that it's difficult for Z to put all the pieces away because they have to be completely flat and connected in order for the door to close. 

The Learning Journey International Magnetic Spell and Learn Board includes 40 letters and 10 magnetic pictures. It is recommended for ages 3 and up.

The picture pieces show how to spell them in English and Spanish.

Uses

It can also be used for household purposes. I added a few drops to a diluted water/vinegar mix and used it to freshen up the floor. My kitchen smelled amazing! You can also use it on counter tops and even clean inside the refrigerator to get rid of funky smells.

Since lemon essential oil is therapeutic, it can be used as aromatherapy. The scent alone will improve your mood and energize the mind. By diffusing the oil, you can make any room your happy place.
I decided to get crafty and make a bath bomb using the lemon oil and a little bit of lavender oil. It was perfect and smelled delicious!

The Great Pumpkin I had the pleasure of receiving The Great Pumpkin (Orange Lillium Asiatic) bouquet a day before my birthday. These flowers are part of the Volcano Collection and are perfect for the fall season. They are a vibrant orange color.
When the bouquet arrived, the flowers were still in their bud form. It took about 2 days for them to bloom.
