About the Author

"My message is if you believe in yourself, there’s no limit to what you can accomplish,” says Dr. Alan Salisbury. And Salisbury’s is indeed proof of the limitless possibilities of positive thinking. From an illustrious 30-year military career, in which he pioneered the use of computers on the battlefield and earned the rank of Major General, to a highly successful 12-year tenure in executive roles in the field of IT, to a full schedule as an independent consultant, Salisbury’s life has been defined by the axiom that self-belief equals achievement."

Ranger the Reindeer

The Legend of Ranger is about a reindeer who happens to be Rudolph's younger brother. His dream is to be able to fly like the other reindeer but he doesn't know how. Ranger goes on a mission to find the secret of flying but everyone just tells him that it "lies within".

When the other reindeer become ill, it's up to Ranger to travel to another village to find medicine so Santa can give out gifts in time for Christmas. He finally finds the power to fly through his determination to get back home to the sick reindeer and deliver the medicine.

The Legend of Ranger: The Reindeer Who Couldn't Fly has one important message - always believe in yourself no matter what obstacles lie ahead.
